Job summary
Threecolts LLC is seeking a Partner Manager to expand our US/EU agency ecosystem. You will manage a portfolio of agency partners and source new strategic partners to drive revenue and pipeline growth.
The role blends hunting and farming, focusing on Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, TikTok Shop, media agencies, and brick-and-mortar retail landscapes. You will lead partner enablement, train agencies, and collaborate with Sales and CS to align on joint campaigns and co-sell strategies.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in partnerships, channel, or agency-facing roles in e-commerce, SaaS, or marketplaces.
- Deep understanding of the Amazon, Walmart, and DTC ecosystem.
- Proven ability to source new partners and build pipeline.
- Experience in both hunting and farming revenue.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of agency partners.
- Identify and onboard high-potential agencies to drive revenue.
- Lead partner enablement and product training for refer-sources.
- Collaborate with Sales and CS on joint campaigns and co-sell strategies.
- Track partner-sourced pipeline, conversions, and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams on 1P/3P referrals.
