Job summary

Threecolts is seeking a Partner Manager to support and expand our US/EU agency ecosystem. You’ll manage a portfolio of agency partners, source and activate new strategic partners, and drive revenue and pipeline growth across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and media agencies.

This role blends hunting and farming in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You’ll collaborate with Sales and CS, enable partners with training, track partner-sourced pipeline, and coordinate with internal teams

Qualifications

• 7+ years in partnerships, channel, or agency-facing roles in e-commerce, SaaS, or marketplaces.
• Deep understanding of the Amazon, Walmart, and DTC ecosystem.
• Track record of sourcing new partners and turning them into pipeline contributors.
• Proven experience in hunting and farming to drive revenue with partners.
• Strong communicator and relationship manager.
• Self-starter with ownership mindset; autonomous work style.
• Comfortable in fast-moving roles reporting into US partnerships lead.
• Strong commercial and data-driven instincts.
• Clear communicator with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of agency partners.
• Identify and onboard new high-potential agencies to drive revenue.
• Lead partner enablement and product training for partner referrals.
• Collaborate with Sales and CS to align campaigns and co-sell strategies.
• Track and report partner-sourced pipeline, conversions and satisfaction.
• Drive partner check-ins, virtual roadshows, and repeatable playbooks.
• Coordinate with internal teams on 1P/3P referrals (Amazon & Walmart).
