Job summary

Threecolts LLC is seeking a Partner Manager to grow and manage a US/EU agency ecosystem. You will own relationships with current agencies, source new partners, and drive revenue and pipeline through strategic collaborations across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and more.

The role blends hunting and farming, requiring deep knowledge of the ecommerce and marketplace landscape. It offers fully remote/hybrid work and strong performance-based rewards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in partnerships, channel, or agency-facing roles in ecommerce, SaaS, or marketplaces.
• Deep understanding of the Amazon, Walmart, and DTC ecosystem.
• Proven track record sourcing new partners and building pipeline.
• Experience in hunting and farming to drive revenue with partners.
• Strong communicator, builder, and relationship manager.
• Self-starter with ownership mindset; autonomous work style.
• Comfortable in fast-moving, self-directed roles reporting to the US partnerships lead.
• Strong commercial and data-driven instincts.
• Clear and confident communicator who builds trust with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of agency partners.
• Identify and onboard new high-potential agencies, with a focus on revenue-driving partnerships.
• Lead partner enablement and product training — get agencies confident, certified, and excited to refer.
• Collaborate with Sales, and CS teams to align on joint campaigns and co-sell strategies.
• Track and report on partner-sourced pipeline, conversion, and partner satisfaction.
• Drive partner check-ins, virtual roadshows, and build repeatable playbooks.
• Coordinate with internal teams on 1P vendors and 3P seller referrals (especially for Amazon & Walmart).
