Kiva, a global nonprofit, is seeking a Manager of Strategic Partnerships to grow philanthropic support by cultivating donors and donor-advised fund partners. You will work with cross-functional teams to strengthen donor relationships, craft compelling communications, and translate impact into engaging proposals and reports.

Role emphasizes managing a mid-level donor portfolio, aligning with finance, marketing, product, and engineering, and planning events both in-person and virtual to drive

Formación

• 5 years experience in nonprofit fundraising or strategic partnerships.
• Experience moving prospects toward philanthropic commitments.
• Familiarity with donor-advised funds and major giving a plus.
• Strong writing and editing skills for proposals and reports.
• Experience collaborating across functions and managing multiple projects.
• Comfort using CRM like Salesforce to track activity and run reports.

Responsabilidades

• Develop donor engagement strategy for mid-level and major gifts.
• Cultivate relationships with donors and advisors; plan tailored engagement.
• Partner on donor communications and events.
• Translate impact data into proposals, reports, and newsletters.
• Maintain donor records and pipelines.
• Collaborate with Marketing to coordinate donor messaging.
• Represent the company in donor conversations and pursue thought leadership.
• Plan in-person and virtual donor events.
