Job summary

Kiva is seeking a Manager, Strategic Partnerships to grow philanthropic support by cultivating individual donors and donor-advised fund partners, translating impact into compelling engagement opportunities.

As part of the Strategic Partnerships team, you will collaborate across Finance, Marketing and Communications, Product and Engineering to strengthen donor relationships, improve the giving experience, and support proposals, reporting, and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in nonprofit fundraising or strategic partnerships.
• Ability to translate programs and impact data into proposals and donor communications.
• Strong writing and editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage donor strategy and engagement for mid-level and major donors and prospects.
• Develop engagement plans for donor-advised funds and gatekeeper professionals.
• Collaborate to improve donor communications, website journeys, and offerings for donors.
