Job summary

Kiva is a global nonprofit expanding financial access. The Manager, Strategic Partnerships grows philanthropic support by cultivating donors and advisors, developing engagement strategies, and converting impact into opportunities for deeper giving.

You will collaborate across Finance, Marketing, Product, and impact teams to strengthen relationships and support reports. We welcome applicants authorized to work in the United States on a permanent, full-time basis; visa sponsorship is not available

Qualifications

• 5+ years in nonprofit fundraising or strategic partnerships.
• Experience cultivating and stewarding individual donors.
• Ability to translate impact data into donor communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop donor engagement plans targeting mid-level and major gifts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve donor communications.
• Plan and deliver donor events and manage donor relationships.
• Maintain donor records and pipelines; report against goals.
• Author persuasive donor communications and proposals.
