Motorola Solutions seeks a high-impact Manager of Strategic Partnerships to drive ecosystem growth by identifying, negotiating, and executing strategic alliances that differentiate us in key markets.

You will architect vertical partnership strategies that align with our product roadmap, leading the partnership lifecycle from discovery to deal closure and coordinating cross-functional teams for joint launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in a product‑embedded business development role focusing on technology partnerships.
• Track record of closing global technology partnerships with measurable pipeline growth and market expansion.
• Willingness to travel as needed to engage with and finalize agreements with key partners (25% or less).

Responsibilities
