Motorola Solutions is seeking a senior Product Manager to own the full lifecycle of strategic product initiatives, partnering with customers and cross‑functional teams to deliver market‑leading features.

You will engage with customers, sales, and engineering to define requirements, roadmaps, and differentiating value, with a strong focus on AI/ML products, workflow automation, and robotics in SOC/GSOC environments. Excellent UX instincts and collaboration with AI/UX teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management; at least 3 years in AI/ML, workflow automation, or robotics.
• Experience with SOC/GSOC environments (e.g., logistics, 911 dispatch, IT NOC).
• Familiar with Vision Language Models, Generative AI, or agentic AI frameworks.
• Proven history shipping complex B2B interfaces with low cognitive load.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle from strategy to feature delivery.
• Collaborate with customers, sales, UX, engineering, and services to shape roadmaps.
• Research markets, define requirements, and drive differentiated value.
