Capital One Shopping is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Business Development to join our Partnerships team. This role drives net new mid-market business by cultivating strategic relationships and demonstrating how our suite of solutions helps partners grow.

You will lead the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and onboarding, as the primary external contact and internal liaison to partners and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategic client-facing sales or account management.
• 8+ years reviewing or analyzing data.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise advertisers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure with C-suite contacts.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities targeting high-potential partners.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to drive new revenue growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Revenue Management, and other internal teams.
• Articulate a compelling value proposition through executive-level presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate and execute complex mid-market contracts across multiple teams.
