Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager, Co-brand and Strategic Partnerships to drive partner acquisition strategy and translate it into successful recruitment of partners. You will work with business lines, corporate strategy, finance and legal to bring an integrated perspective for the organization.

Key functions include building relationships with target partners, conducting market analyses, developing tailored pitch strategies, and managing RFP materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in credit card strategic partnerships, business analysis, or a mix.
• Experience in Project Management, Process Management, or a mix.
• Interest or experience with banking or payments industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships with target businesses and partners.
• Perform marketplace and industry analyses to identify opportunities.
• Develop a tailored pitch strategy and RFP materials for partnerships.
• Assist with transitioning won business to vertical business units.
• Develop presentation materials summarizing strategic/financial insights.
• Write and deliver communications to executive audiences.
