Uber Technologies Inc. is seeking a senior leader to guide strategic partnerships across the autonomous vehicle value chain for Uber's Mobility and Delivery units.

You will negotiate with AV operators, build long-term relationships with senior executives, and align internal teams to execute high-impact deals advancing our platform strategy. The role demands strategic thinking, exceptional negotiation, and strong cross-functional collaboration, with a proven track record in structuring win-win

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years in business development, management consulting, private equity, general management and/or similar with exposure to tech and mobility.
• Ability to work with senior executives and cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead complex, multifaceted deals with prospective partners across the autonomous value chain.
• Be a strategic thought partner to Ops and Product teams to formulate strategy and drive impact through partnerships.
• Build consensus behind deal strategy and support deal execution across executives to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead development of long-term relationships with senior executives of partners.
• Define balance between near-term traction and long-term value.
• Refine deal strategy and frameworks through negotiation aligned to Uber's goals and partner needs.
