Job summary

You will own complex initiatives spanning launch execution, partnerships, and marketplace performance, working with leading AV developers and cross-functional teams to bring deployments to market.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, partnerships.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; SQL proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AV deployments and market launches.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with AV developers.
• Improve marketplace performance, utilization, and rider experience.
• Structure ambiguous problems and translate data into insights.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, Fleet Ops, Safety, Legal, Policy, Marketing, Finance.
• Influence senior leadership decisions on AV strategy.
