Uber Technologies Inc. is seeking a corporate development professional to lead M&A and investments strategy, partnering with business leaders across Mobility, AV, Delivery, and Freight.

You will be the primary interface to internal and external leaders and help shape the company’s inorganic growth agenda. • 3+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate development or relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills across business, finance and legal concepts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop Uber's M&A and investments strategy and identify transaction opportunities with business leadership.
• Support the entire M&A process including strategy, sourcing, diligence, negotiation, and execution.
• Shape business cases for acquisitions through financial analysis, valuations and synergy assessments.
• Engage with leadership teams by preparing reviews and highlighting milestones and obstacles.
• Prepare and present reviews to Uber's executive leadership regarding progress and roadblocks.
