You will own complex initiatives spanning launch execution, partnerships, and marketplace performance, working with AV developers and cross-functional teams to bring deployments to market, optimize operations, and accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in strategy, operations, consulting, strategic partnerships, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in SQL, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems, develop quantitative analyses, and translate insights into business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead autonomous vehicle launches: own end-to-end planning and execution of AV deployments, managing milestones and market launches.
• Drive strategic partnerships: build relationships with leading AV developers to align priorities and unlock growth.
• Shape marketplace performance: optimize post-launch utilization, efficiency, rider experience, and commercial outcomes.
• Drive data-driven problem solving: structure ambiguous problems, develop analytical frameworks, translate data into insights.
