Job summary

EliseAI is seeking a Partner Solutions Engineer to own and execute technical strategic partnerships at scale from scoping to go-live and ongoing operation. You will manage a live portfolio of 10–15+ integrations, collaborating with vendor and internal teams to ensure successful, long-term value.

You will drive data needs, API decisions, and integration architecture, while documenting patterns for fast onboarding of new partners and maintaining sandbox environments for safe testing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical role such as engineering, partnerships, integrations, or backend engineering.
• Strong understanding of system architecture fundamentals and APIs.
• Experience working with external technical stakeholders (vendor teams, customer tech teams).
• Proven ability to manage many concurrent workstreams with deadlines and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of concurrent integrations end-to-end across categories like billing, payments, and vendor integrations.
• Be the technical point of contact for partners and align on data needs and API usage.
• Partner with engineering to shape API and integration architecture and data flow.
• Document and standardize integration patterns for scalable onboarding of vendors.
• Manage sandbox environments and test data to validate integrations before go-live.
• Triage and prioritize a high-volume, deadline-driven workload and elevate blockers as needed.
• Contribute to long-term initiatives like partner docs, API usage monitoring, and certification programs.
