Job summary

EliseAI is seeking a Senior Associate to own end-to-end strategic partnerships and corporate development initiatives. You will source, structure, close, and execute deals with high-potential partners, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.

The role requires 3-4 years in partnerships, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment at the NYC HQ 4-5 days per week.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in strategic partnerships at high growth startups, investment banking, management consulting or related roles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to work in-person at our NYC headquarters 4-5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Build and prioritize the partnership and corporate development pipeline, owning the relationship end-to-ends.
• Lead cross-functional work with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Legal to turn a signed agreement into a live partnership.
• Own ongoing evaluation of market segments and partner companies relevant to EliseAI.
• Evaluate opportunities through quantitative and qualitative analysis and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Help attract, hire, and develop top-tier talent as the team grows.
