Job summary

EliseAI is hiring a Partner Solutions Engineer to own and execute technical partnerships across multiple integrations. You will coordinate with vendor engineering and product teams to align on data needs, APIs, and implementation decisions, while shaping integration architecture with the engineering team.

You will maintain sandbox environments, document patterns, and prioritize a high-volume workload to ensure timely go-lives and long-term stability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical role such as Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Partnerships, Integrations, or Backend Engineering.
• Strong foundation in system architecture and APIs.
• Experience working with external technical stakeholders (vendor engineering teams, customer technical teams).
• Proven ability to manage many concurrent workstreams with deadlines.
• Ability to think strategically about integrations and make tradeoffs.
• Strong ownership mindset, timelines, dependencies, and go-live delivery.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical teams and documenting workflows.
• Nice to have exposure to proptech, utility billing, collections, or payments/ledger workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of 10-15+ partner integrations end to end, scoping, designing, developing, testing, and go-live.
• Be the technical point of contact for partners and align on API usage and data needs.
• Collaborate with Engineering to shape API and integration architecture.
• Document and standardize integration patterns for faster onboarding of new vendors.
• Manage sandbox environments and test data for partner integrations.
• Prioritize a high-volume, deadline-driven workload and escalate blockers as needed.
• Contribute to longer-term initiatives like partner documentation and API monitoring.
