EliseAI is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our pre-sales and implementation team. You will own the technical work stream from pre-sales through go-live for our most strategic customers.

Collaboration with Engagement Managers and Customer Success Managers will be essential to deliver a seamless experience. The ideal candidate has hands-on technical ability, cross-vertical curiosity, and a passion for customer success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in solutions engineering or related role.
• Proven track record of owning technical implementations for enterprise customers.
• Strong communication to explain complex tech to non-technical stakeholders.
• Cross-functional collaboration across Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own technical implementation end-to-end across enterprise accounts, from presales discovery through configuration, testing, and go-live
• Partner with Engagement Managers and Customer Success Managers to deliver a coordinated experience for complex enterprise customers
• Drive technical discovery during pre-sales by mapping customer workflows and translating requirements into implementation plans
• Configure and activate EliseAI's platform to match each customer's operational needs across housing verticals
• Build and present best practice recommendations tailored to each customer’s model
• Develop expertise across multiple verticals to become a go-to resource for product knowledge
• Serve as the voice of the customer, feeding feedback to Product and Engineering
• Create scalable internal assets like playbooks and onboarding frameworks
• Identify risks in deployments and resolve them proactively
