EliseAI is seeking a Partner Solutions Engineer to own and execute technical partnerships at scale, spanning utility billing, payments, and property-tech integrations. You will manage a live portfolio of concurrent integrations, coordinate with vendor engineering teams, and ensure successful go-lives while maintaining long-term stability.

The role requires strong API and architecture understanding, plus excellent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical role such as Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Partnerships, Integrations, or Backend Engineering.
• Strong API and system architecture understanding; able to read code (Python or similar).
• Experience working with external vendor/ customer technical teams.
• Ability to manage many concurrent workstreams with deadlines.
• Strategic thinker about integrations; know when to push back or build.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical teams.
• Nice to have: exposure to proptech, utility billing, or payments workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end portfolio of 10-15+ partner integrations across categories like utility billing, collections, water/metering, payments, and leases.
• Be the technical point of contact for partners; align on data needs and API usage.
• Partner with Engineering to shape API and integration architecture.
• Document and standardize integration patterns for faster onboarding.
• Manage sandbox and test environments for partner integrations.
• Triage and prioritize a high-volume, deadline-driven workload.
• Contribute to longer-term partner initiatives and self-service tooling.
