EliseAI in New York City is seeking a Partnership Strategy Manager to source, negotiate, and execute strategic partnerships that drive company growth. You will report to the Director of Business Development & Partnerships and collaborate with leadership to advance partnerships across multiple industries.

This cross-functional role requires strong business judgment, analytical acumen, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years in strategic partnerships or related roles at high-growth startups or PE/consulting.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders
• Willingness to work in-person at NYC headquarters 4–5 days/week
• Bonus if you have APIs/integrations experience

Responsibilities

• Drive identification, development, and execution of strategic partnerships
• Lead cross-functional workstreams aligning internal and external incentives
• Evaluate opportunities with quantitative and qualitative analysis
