Job summary

EliseAI is seeking a Partner Solutions Engineer to own and execute technical partnerships across property-tech verticals, managing a live book of 10-15+ integrations from scoping through go-live and long‑term operation.

You will work closely with vendor engineering and product teams to align on data needs, API usage, and implementation decisions, while shaping API architecture and standardizing integration patterns for scalable onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical role such as Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Partnerships, Integrations, or Backend Engineering
• Strong API and system-architecture knowledge; comfortable reading code (Python or similar)
• Experience working with external technical stakeholders and managing many concurrent workstreams
• Ability to think strategically about integrations and decide when to push back or build
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical teams

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of concurrent integrations end to end: scope, design, drive development, test, go live, and maintain
• Be the technical point of contact for partners, align on data needs and API usage
• Collaborate with Engineering to shape API and integration architecture and identify gaps
• Document and standardize integration patterns for faster onboarding
• Manage sandbox and test environments to validate integrations before launch
• Prioritize a high-volume, deadline-driven workload and raise blockers as needed
• Contribute to partner-facing docs, monitoring, certification programs, and self-service tooling
