Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a Donor Recruitment Account Manager to drive blood drive sponsorships across business partners. You will engage blood drive coordinators and donor groups to meet collection goals in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

In this role you will develop sponsor programs, manage partnerships, and provide operational support, travel to assigned sites as needed, and maintain accurate sponsorship data to support the organization's lifesaving mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, communications or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Ability to travel to Red Cross sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sponsor partnership programs to achieve collection goals.
• Identify, develop and implement strategies to attract, sell, manage and retain Blood Program Leaders/Sponsor partnerships.
• Provide organizational and operational support to sponsor contacts and maintain communication with all assigned Blood Program Leaders/Sponsors.
• Support the blood drive annual calendar build by scheduling drives with assigned Sponsors.
• Maintain records and provide tracking data on Sponsor group performance.
• Ensure tools and strategy provided by the organization are fit for purpose and identify opportunities for improvement.
