Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a Donor Recruitment Account Manager on our Donor Recruitment team in the Toledo, OH area. You will work with blood drive coordinators and donor groups to achieve collection targets, identify opportunities, and drive sponsor engagement for ongoing blood drives.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1 year of related experience preferred, and strong communication and organizational skills. Travel may be required across local Red Cross sites.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 year of related sales or donor recruitment experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and implement strategies to attract and retain Sponsor groups to meet collection goals.
• Coordinate scheduling of blood drives with Sponsors to meet targets.
• Provide operational support to Sponsors and ensure smooth operations.
• Schedule and deliver education programs for Sponsor contacts and volunteers.
• Maintain sponsor and donor records and use ARC tools for data tracking.
