American Red Cross seeks a Donor Recruitment Account Manager to drive B2B sales and sponsor engagement for blood drives in the Rochester, Dover and Portsmouth regions. You will collaborate with sponsors, coordinators, and volunteers to reach monthly and quarterly collection goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and strong communication skills, with travel to multiple sites as needed. A driving license is required and a generous benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• A valid driver's license with good driving record.
• May travel to sites throughout the Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and implement strategies to attract sponsors and feeder groups for blood drives.
• Schedule blood drives with Sponsors to meet collection goals.
• Provide organizational support to sponsor contacts for annual goals.
• Coordinate activities with collections personnel for smooth operations.
• Educate Sponsor contacts and recruit committees and volunteers.
• Develop knowledge of the local community and organizations.
• Maintain records to track sponsor group performance and outcomes.
