Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a Donor Recruitment Associate: Business to Business Sales to drive blood collection through partnerships with blood drive coordinators and donor groups. You will support account managers, manage scheduling, and analyze sponsor performance.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least one year in sales or recruitment, and strong communication and presentation skills. Travel may be required; a valid driver's license is necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of related sales or recruitment experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication, including training and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist account managers to reach blood drive goals through on-site recruitment and presentations.
• Manage online scheduling and data entry for appointments and sponsor interactions.
• Provide support to blood drive coordinators and oversee records in Hemasphere and OLS.
• Coordinate education programs for sponsor groups and volunteers to meet collection targets.
