Job summary

You will schedule education programs, analyze community needs, and maintain accurate records while traveling to sites throughout the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR a combination of education and work experience.
• 1 year of related experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
• Knowledge of group dynamics, direct sales, customer maintenance techniques, negotiation skills and ability to implement programs preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and implement strategies to attract and retain Sponsors and feeder groups to meet collection goals.
• Identify and apply methods to schedule blood drives to meet goals.
• Provide organizational and operational support to sponsor contacts for annual goals.
• Coordinate activities with collections personnel to ensure positive Sponsor and donor experiences.
• Schedule and implement education programs for Sponsor contacts and volunteers to meet objectives and comply with regulations.
• Develop knowledge of the community and its demographics to service Sponsor groups and expand the program.
• Maintain records to track Sponsor group performance and use tools to enhance service and productivity.
