Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel in the United States is seeking a Manager of Business Development to build influential relationships with senior partners and demonstrate the value of Amex GBT’s travel software and services.

You will prospect, know our solutions, present data-driven proposals, negotiate contracts, onboard new customers with implementation, and drive sales to hit goals while collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

2+ years of consultative selling experience within tech/SaaS.
Proven sales achievements and meeting/exceeding targets.
Tech-savvy with CRM, pipeline, proposals, and enablement tools.
Strong prospecting and prioritization skills.
Able to travel 25–50% and work remotely.

Responsibilities

Prospect and conduct discovery with key decision makers.
Know Amex GBT products, solutions, and differentiation.
Deliver data-driven presentations and RFIs/RFPs to executives.
Grow revenue through contract negotiation and closing.
Onboard new customers with implementation team.
Meet monthly/quarterly goals with integrity.
Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales.
Maintain records and respond to prospects.
