Amex GBT is seeking a Manager of Business Development to drive new business and manage executive relationships. You will articulate Amex GBT’s travel software and services, deliver compelling proposals, and negotiate contracts to grow the customer base.

You will collaborate with internal teams, maintain accurate records, and travel 25–50%. The role emphasizes integrity, performance, and strategic selling in a dynamic tech/SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of consultative selling experience in tech/SaaS.
• Demonstrated sales achievements with targets exceeded.
• Proficient with CRM, pipeline management and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and discover customer needs with senior decision-makers.
• Know Amex GBT products, solutions and differentiators.
• Deliver data-driven presentations, demos, and RFIs/RFPs to executives.
• Grow revenue through contract negotiation and closing new customers.
• Onboard new customers with implementation team to ensure success.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales goals and maintain records.
