Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel is seeking an Enterprise Sales Manager to build influential relationships with key partners and senior contacts, showcasing Amex GBT’s travel software and services. This individual-contributor role will drive new business, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with implementation teams to onboard clients.

You will maintain records, hit monthly/quarterly targets, and work with internal teams to push new sales while traveling up to 50% and operating remotely.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B consultative selling experience in travel and/or technology (SaaS).
• Proven sales achievements and ability to exceed targets.
• Full-cycle sales management for enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to travel 25-50% and operate remotely.
• Proficient with CRM, pipeline, proposal management and sales enablement tools.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect and conduct discovery with decision makers to understand needs.
• Develop deep knowledge of Amex GBT products and differentiators.
• Present data-driven proposals and RFIs/RFPs to executive audiences.
• Grow revenue through contract negotiation and closing new business.
• Ensure smooth onboarding with the implementation team.
