Frontwave Credit Union is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead membership growth, forge SEGs, and act as the public face of the credit union. The role blends strategic sales with community engagement and media presence.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic networker and strong communicator, comfortable with executive briefings, TV and radio appearances, and live events to promote financial literacy and member value. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years of proven sales/business development or community relations experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing and friendly personality.

Responsibilities

• Act as official spokesperson and brand ambassador for Frontwave Credit Union.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new business partnerships and SEGs.
• Lead community events, sponsorships, and philanthropic initiatives.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with corporate partners; present financial wellness solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing to design localized campaigns and track ROI.
• Meet and exceed KPIs for new member acquisition and partner onboarding.
• Assist Branch Managers with financial education sessions and community liaison activities.
• Night and weekend events are required.
