Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of business development, sales, retail banking, financial services, or relationship management experience.
• Proven record of achieving growth, sales, or membership goals.
• Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Strong networking, prospecting, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience building partnerships and generating business through community engagement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to travel locally for meetings, events, and partner visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies that drive membership acquisition and revenue growth.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of employer groups, strategic partners, dealerships, and community organizations.
• Consistently achieve and exceed membership, relationship, and business development goals.
• Identify new market opportunities and convert prospects into long-term partners.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize results.
• Represent SkyOne at networking events, trade shows, community functions, and business meetings.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Business Relationship Managers to achieve objectives.
• Establish goals, measurements, and accountability to drive results.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance discussions, and development planning.
• Monitor sales activity, pipeline health, and goal attainment across the team.
