Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business and community partnerships.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with employer groups and community organizations.
• Create opportunities to increase employee participation and member engagement.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective partners and business opportunities.
• Follow up on leads and relationship-building activities to achieve membership growth goals.
• Coordinate and conduct workplace financial wellness programs, employee orientations, and enrollment events.
• Deliver engaging presentations to employees, community groups, and business organizations.
• Educate potential members on credit union benefits, products, and services.
• Represent Transcend Credit Union at community festivals, networking functions, and promotional events.
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute strategic business development initiatives.
