Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive membership acquisition and revenue growth.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of employer groups, strategic partners, dealerships, and community organizations.
• Lead, coach, and develop Business Relationship Managers to achieve individual and team objectives.
• Monitor sales activity, pipeline health, and goal attainment; provide ongoing coaching.
• Represent SkyOne at networking events, trade shows, and partner meetings.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
