Human Interest is on a mission to expand retirement benefits for small and medium-sized businesses across the U.S. As Head of Strategic Partnerships, you will own the growth channel by building a partner ecosystem with payroll providers, brokers, banks, and other institutions.

You’ll lead a team, craft scalable processes, and close multi-year agreements. The role blends strategy, dealmaking, and operator execution with a clear path to measurable revenue impact.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in partnerships, business development, or channel sales.
• 5+ years building, coaching, and scaling high-performing teams.
• Proven history of sourcing, structuring, and closing complex, high-value agreements.
• Domain fluency in fintech, retirement/wealth, payroll, benefits, or related ecosystems.

Aufgaben

• Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
• Design scalable partnership processes, playbooks, and systems.
• Shape and own strategy for your portfolio of partnerships with senior leadership.
• Lead sourcing, pursuing, and closing net-new strategic partnerships, including negotiations.
• Set clear performance metrics and KPIs for the team and drive revenue targets.
• Lead end-to-end deal structuring with Legal and Finance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Sales.
• Translate partnership results to leadership and external stakeholders.
