Job summary

Uniswap Labs, based in New York City's SoHo, seeks a dynamic partnerships leader to grow strategic relationships and translate market opportunities into initiatives. You will own projects from evaluation through launch, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Legal.

You will structure multi-faceted deals, manage top partner relationships, and drive growth from launch through expansion, working closely with product and engineering to translate partner needs into roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development and partnerships.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Comfort with technical products and collaborating with product/engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities using data, market research, and partner insights to build business cases.
• Structure and negotiate complex deals with first-of-their-kind partnerships.
• Own relationships with Uniswap's largest partners and drive growth from launch through expansion.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate partner needs into product requirements and roadmap priorities.
• Drive cross-functional execution across integrations and launches and measure adoption.
