Job summary

Uniswap Labs is seeking a Head of Institutions to scale our institutional business across strategy, development, and partnerships. You will manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, shape GTM motions, and drive corporate strategy.

Reporting to the CEO, you will lead cross-functional teams to close strategic partnerships with banks, asset managers, and fintechs, expanding adoption in traditional finance and digital asset spaces.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial judgment and ability to evaluate opportunities based on strategic value, customer impact, economics, and likelihood of execution.
• Executive presence and ability to build credibility with senior leaders at financial institutions.
• Track record of closing high-impact partnerships with large financial institutions or enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute institutional strategy to grow Uniswap's institutional business.
• Develop institutional GTM motions from segmentation to pipeline development and partner success.
• Source, negotiate, and lead strategic partnerships with banks, asset managers, funds, and fintechs.
• Expand adoption and business outcomes, owning institutional growth goals and identifying new opportunities.
• Convey market signals into strategy for product roadmap and partnership priorities.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate partner needs into requirements.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and coordinate stakeholders to move ideas to closing deals.
• Build executive relationships with senior leaders across traditional finance and digital assets to shape future markets.
