Job summary

Wormhole Labs, the team behind Sunrise (sunrise.xyz), is seeking a seasoned business development professional to drive strategic partnerships and adoption. You will source and close deals with asset issuers, Solana ecosystem projects, and enterprise clients, while coordinating with product and engineering to align launches with client needs.

You will thrive on analyzing market trends, stakeholder feedback, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

4+ years in BD/sales/strategy in blockchain, crypto, fintech, or SaaS.
Proven track record closing partnerships.
Deep understanding of blockchain tech, DeFi, and cross-chain solutions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to present to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Source, pitch, negotiate, and close partnerships with asset issuers, Solana ecosystem projects, and ecosystem participants to drive Sunrise adoption.
Cultivate and manage relationships with blockchain protocols, crypto startups, DAOs, and enterprise clients to drive adoption and integration of Sunrise solutions.
Partner with product and engineering teams to support launches and align GTM strategies with client needs.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and optimize strategies.
Build, manage, and execute a structured sales pipeline to ensure lead generation and deal closure.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client solutions and drive successful outcomes.
