- Strong negotiation and deal-structuring skills.
- Ability to translate market opportunities into product requirements and roadmap.
- Excellent communication and ownership of ambiguous initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop partnerships, grow strategic relationships, and turn opportunities into initiatives.
- Identify growth opportunities using data and market insights to guide investments.
- Structure and negotiate complex deals including first-of-its-kind partnerships.
- Own relationships with Uniswap’s largest partners and drive growth from launch through expansion.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate partner needs into roadmap priorities.
- Drive cross-functional execution across integrations and launches and measure adoption and protocol volume.
