We are seeking a strategic partnerships manager to join our business development team in NYC, building pipelines through outbound outreach, conferences, and in-person relationship-building.

You will own full-cycle deals, identify targets across protocols, exchanges, and AI companies, travel up to 20-40% for meetings, and help position security as a top priority for customers.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of closing complex, larger deals.
• Persuasive with skeptical buyers.
• Strong market instincts and timing.
• Willing to base in NYC and travel 20–40%.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize prospects across protocols, exchanges, L1/L2 teams, fintechs, and AI companies.
• Attend conferences, meetups, dinners, and other events to meet decision makers.
• Run full-cycle deals: outreach, scoping, sizing engagements, and closing.
• Make a compelling case for why security should be a priority.
• Use market signals to reach teams before they seek a security partner.
