Uniswap Labs, based in New York City's SoHo, seeks an Ecosystem Growth Manager to identify and scale strategic partnerships, guiding deals from evaluation to launch. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Legal to translate partner opportunities into actionable roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, strategic partnerships, corporate strategy, product management, or related growth roles in crypto, fintech, payments or similar.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills with evaluating opportunities, negotiating agreements, and growing complex partner relationships.
• Comfortable with technical products and able to work with product and engineering teams to evaluate integrations, define requirements, and make tradeoffs.
• Clear communication, ability to build trust with partners and colleagues, and ownership of ambiguous initiatives.

Ecosystem Growth Manager

Uniswap Labs is a core contributor to the Uniswap Protocol, the world's largest DEX, with over $4 trillion in volume across 17 chains. It builds products that help millions access the protocol, including the Uniswap Web App, Wallet, and Trading API.

We’re looking for someone to develop new partnerships, grow strategic relationships, and turn market opportunities into successful initiatives. You’ll own work from early evaluation and negotiation through launch and expansion, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal.

We are headquartered in SoHo in New York City. This role will be based in our office with an expectation of regular in-person collaboration.

What you’ll do

Who you are

You have experience in business development, strategic partnerships, corporate strategy, product management, or related growth roles in crypto, fintech, payments or similar

• You bring strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with experience evaluating opportunities, negotiating agreements, and growing complex partner relationships

• You’re comfortable with technical products and can work with product and engineering teams to evaluate integrations, define requirements, and make tradeoffs.

• You communicate clearly, build trust with partners and colleagues, and take ownership of ambiguous initiatives for which there is no detailed playbook.

• You have a strong interest in DeFi and onchain markets. Direct experience with trading, liquidity, or financial infrastructure is a plus.

Nice to have:

• Prior experience at a major fintech, exchange, or HFT/market-making firm.

• Technical experience working on crypto protocols, DeFi, or open source software.

• Deeply integrated with DeFi ecosystem partners and trading protocols.

• Love for unicorns

Minimum full-time salary of $180,000-$220,000. Disclosure in accordance with New York City's Pay Transparency Law. Full Time employees at Uniswap Labs are also eligible for other compensation elements, including tokens, and benefits, dependent on the position type.
