Job summary

Intuit is seeking a highly motivated Partner Success Manager to own the end-to-end journey for a portfolio of high-value accounting firms. You will act as a trusted advisor, collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Support, and Product teams, and drive platform adoption to deliver a premium VIP experience.

You will manage implementations through renewal, ensure strong relationships, and proactively uncover opportunities to expand value.

Qualifications

• Leadership and an entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of owning outcomes.
• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or B2B partner engagement.
• Working understanding of accounting/bookkeeping and partner workflows.
• Experience in SaaS or cloud-based enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio like an owner, identify opportunities, and drive proactive outcomes.
• Serve as a dedicated strategic partner to ensure firms leverage Intuit’s platform.
• Manage end-to-end firm experience from implementation to renewal with cross-team coordination.
• Act as an accountant advocate, resolving issues with speed and urgency.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess firm health and provide guidance.
• Drive product education for firms on platform features and best practices.
• Monitor KPIs, usage trends, and renewal indicators to identify expansion opportunities.
• Lead retention and renewal planning to sustain long-term value.
• Translate recurring product pain points into roadmap insights.
