Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a Director of Customer Success for Accounting Firms & Partnerships to build and lead a practice that enables partner firms and VARs to grow with Intuit.

You will own end-to-end onboarding, adoption, proactive health management and support across Intuit’s product portfolio. You will implement persona-based playbooks, drive partner enablement, and scale service-delivery for mid-market and enterprise segments.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience managing senior-level employees or other managers.
• Experience building or scaling reseller and partner programs (e.g. VARs, QSPs).
• Defines overall strategy to drive business growth using data and external networks.
• Product/experience design orientation with a focus on AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a Customer Success vision for partners and accounting firms aligned to segment goals.
• Lead and scale a Customer Success practice for onboarding, adoption, health management and support.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Customer Success team across geographies.
• Enable channel partners and firms to resell Intuit solutions and deliver value-added services.
• Drive onboarding and deep adoption of Intuit Accountant Suite and agentic capabilities like Books Close.
• Support firms serving mid-market clients on QuickBooks Advanced and Intuit Enterprise Suite.
• Define persona-based playbooks to standardize onboarding, enablement and growth for partners.
• Lead verticalization of playbooks and training for specialized service delivery.
