Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Partner Success Manager to lead the Partner Success function for its enterprise technology portfolio, focusing on delivering measurable value for business partners.

The role partners with internal stakeholders to design scalable processes, define success metrics, and continuously improve partner experiences across the lifecycle. This is a remote US-based position with potential travel and strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• MBA is preferred
• 5+ years in the SaaS industry
• Strong knowledge of the IT Service Provider market

Responsibilities

• Establish operational plans for the Partner Success team
• Develop and implement new products and processes to achieve functional results
• Support the Partner Success team with high attention to detail
• Ensure partners maximize value from the company's platform investments
• Propose solutions to partner problems based on the platform
• Own communication with key partners and stakeholders
• Drive the definition and management of success metrics aligned with customer needs

Education

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent business experience
