Ladders is seeking a Change Partner Senior to drive enterprise change efforts across large-scale initiatives. You will partner with leaders and teams to assess impacts, shape sustainment plans, and strengthen adoption through clear communication and coaching.

The role guides executives through organisational dynamics, risk awareness, and disciplined change execution, with a remote US-based work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience required.
• 6+ years in organisational change management or related fields, including 2+ years in change management.
• Advanced knowledge of project and change management principles.
• Experience in client success and organisational dynamics; strong emotional intelligence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for diverse audiences.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and risk requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to manage and sustain change initiatives.
• Collaborate with change management teams to assess impact of change initiatives.
• Develop and implement change management strategies and sustainment plans.
• Conduct change impact assessments and related activities.
• Coach and influence executives to lead change effectively.
