Ladders is seeking a Senior Executive Business Partner, Strategy & Operations to support senior executives and drive organization-wide priorities. This role requires exceptional coordination, judgment, and follow-through in a remote US-based environment.

Responsibilities include calendar management, coordinating global meetings, travel planning, and drafting communications. You will work across functions to align on strategy and execution, ensuring decisions are well-informed and timely.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience supporting executives in fast-paced environments.
• Strong attention to detail and high integrity in handling confidential information.
• Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience planning domestic and international travel logistics.
• Strong planning for large-scale events and meetings.
• Familiarity with contract management and administrative tools like Zoom and G-Suite.
• Excellent time-management and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with executives to manage calendars and prioritize meeting requests.
• Plan and coordinate global, multi-day team meetings.
• Make independent decisions on behalf of executives while maintaining discretion.
• Manage travel arrangements and prepare expenses for executives.
• Build relationships with executives' direct reports and stakeholders to support priorities.
• Draft presentations, take meeting minutes, and coordinate communication for executives.
• Collaborate with peers to align on company strategy and objectives.
