Elastic is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect to extend its technical reach through a defined portfolio of partners, including SIs, resellers, MSSPs, and cloud providers. You will drive partner-sourced pipeline, build technical capability, and co-create repeatable solutions.

This role requires presales experience in software and travel up to 40%, with a focus on security, observability, and AI technologies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology solutions or architecture roles.
• 3+ years of pre-sales experience in software, ideally partner-facing.
• Ability to teach and enable others, not just perform demos.
• Working knowledge of security ops and observability; AI/semantic search awareness.

Responsibilities

• Drive partner-sourced pipeline and co-build repeatable solutions.
• Own technical relationships with named champions in your partner portfolio.
• Deliver enablement roadmaps, certifications, and partner trainings.
• Lead hands-on labs, demos, and reference architectures with partners.
