Elastic is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect to amplify its technical reach through a focused set of partners, including SIs, resellers, MSSPs, and cloud providers. The role emphasizes driving partner-sourced pipeline, multiplying technical capacity, and co-building repeatable solutions.

You will manage a defined portfolio with measurable outcomes in deals, engagement plans, and assets. Prior presales experience in software is required; expect a sales-aligned role with up to 40% travel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology solutions, architecture, consulting or cloud infra.
• 3+ years of pre-sales experience in software, ideally partner-facing.
• One-to-many mindset: enable others to win.
• Security operations or observability knowledge; AI/semantic search familiarity.
• Experience architecting/operating solutions on AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Commercial fluency in discussing services scope and margins.
• Excellent communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% and work cross-functionally.
• Technical depth in at least one Elastic area (AI agents & Search, security, or observability).

Responsibilities

• Drive growth with and through partners; generate approved partner deal registrations.
• Run partner-tailored sales playbooks on deals and aid partners with services.
• Accelerate partner-led opportunities with labs and PoCs.
• Stay current on market trends and competitive dynamics for Elastic positioning.
• Own technical relationships with named champions at partners; deliver quarterly read-outs.
• Create and maintain a Technical Engagement Plan per partner; enablement roadmaps.
• Lead hands-on labs and certifications to raise partner technical maturity.
• Co-architect solution blueprints and reference architectures with partners.
