Job summary

Elastic is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect to amplify technical reach through a focused set of partners. You’ll drive partner-sourced pipeline, build and maintain technical engagement plans, and co-create repeatable solutions across Elastic products.

This is a sales-aligned role with a partner-sourced pipeline target and travel up to 40%, focusing on LATAM and global partner ecosystems. The role requires presales experience in software, strong technical depth in at least one Elastic

Qualifications

8+ years in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting and/or cloud/infrastructure technologies.
3+ years of pre-sales experience in the software sector, ideally partner-facing: channel, alliances, SI/GSI or MSSP ecosystems.
One-to-many mindset; scale enablement to drive partner success.
Experience with security operations or observability and AI/semantic search.
Experience architecting or operating solutions on AWS, Google Cloud or Azure.
Commercial fluency to discuss services scope and margins with partners.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results.
Travel up to 40% regionally and beyond.
Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Responsibilities

Drive growth with and through partners and generate partner deal registrations.
Run partner-tailored sales playbooks, qualify deals and attach partner services.
Accelerate partner-led opportunities with labs and PoCs together with AEs and SAs.
Stay current on market trends and enable partners with Why Elastic positioning.
