Job summary

Elastic in the United States seeks a Partner Solutions Architect to magnify Elastic's technical reach through partners. You’ll manage a portfolio of managed partners, drive partner-sourced pipeline, and co-build repeatable solutions. The role includes up to 30% travel and presales experience in the software sector, especially in the US Public Sector.

You will lead technical engagements, enablement roadmaps, and hands-on labs across Elastic products to lift partner confidence and drive deal value.

Qualifications

2+ years in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting or cloud/infrastructure technologies.
1+ years of presales experience in software, ideally partner-facing in US Public Sector.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/IS/Engineering.
Commercial fluency to discuss scope and margin with partners.
Experience with AWS, Google Cloud or Azure and security/observability knowledge.

Responsibilities

Drive growth with and through partners by generating registered deals and executing partner-tailored playbooks.
Own technical relationships with focus-partner champions and run quarterly read-outs with stakeholders.
Deliver enablement, certifications, and hands-on labs to move partners up a technical maturity model.
Co-architect repeatable solutions, build demos and reference materials, and publish joint win stories.
Collaborate across partner and internal teams to ensure successful deployments and outcomes.
