Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Partner Solution Architect to own go-to-market strategies with business applications partners in the AWS Partner Network.

You will lead architectural discussions, build prototypes, and enable partner success across diverse business functions, including sales, marketing, operations, and HR. The role requires hands-on technical cloud expertise, strong communication with senior executives, and a track record of influencing partners and customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
• 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience

Responsibilities

• Work with partners to deeply understand their business and technical needs. Develop solutions that make the best use of the AWS AI and cloud capabilities.
• Provide architectural guidance and recommendations on building applications efficiently and reliably on AWS.
• Influence solution providers in their development of strategies that will enable them to present their offering on AWS.
• Develop technical content, such as video, white papers and reference architectures, that can be used by our customers and partners to assist them in deploying cloud-based solutions.
• Capture and share best practices with our broader Solution Architect community.
• Share customer feedback to internal product management and engineering teams to help drive the future of AWS cloud.
• Scope each customer engagement, with attention towards clear and well‑defined objectives and success criteria.
• Collaborate with AWS field sales, training, and support teams to ensure partner success.
